Refund policy
We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from Michela Ceccarini, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange. Please notify us by email within 5 days of receipt, quoting your order number, the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
We have a 14 day return policy, we must receive the goods within this window of time.
Please note that this DO NOT APPLY for Couture Bespoke products.
Please note that most of our products are Made to Order, when you are buying them the product does not physically exist and we will make it specifically for you following your requests, please measure your size carefully.
Due to the distinctiveness and quality of our products, Laughter in the Rain will be very vigilant in ensuring that any returns attempted to be made meet our strict criteria and returns will only exceptionally be made if the purchaser has complied with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, subject to the above, we will gladly exchange your order within fourteen days after delivery has been made, provided that all the following five criteria are met:
1. the item has not been worn, used or damaged
2. the item is in its original condition
3 the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase
4 the item is accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
5 Products returned to Laughter in the Rain for exchange or refund must be returned pre-paid, as we are unable to accept COD deliveries.
Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
To start a return, you can contact us at hi@laughterintherain.com, please wait for our confirmation email before sending the product back.
If your return is accepted, you will need to send the item back using a courier and providing us with a tracking number, being a small business, unfortunately we are unable to offer free return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Couture Bespoke products can NOT be returned, please make sure you choose the right size referring to our size chart.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This apply ONLY for Ready to Wear items, please make sure that the product you are buying is not a Made to Order, as we can not accept return for them.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
